Integrity and reliability
When we enter into contracts with investors, developers, appraisers, brokers, notaries, tenants, leaseholders, public authorities or institutions like the Land Registry, we use the CDD regulation (Customer Due Diligence) from De Nederlandse Bank (DNB). This procedure tests the integrity and reliability of the contract parties. This regulation is an extension of the Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Financing Act (Wet voorkoming witwassen en terrorismefinanciering).
Code of ethics
In addition, we have drafted a code of ethics that explicitly states what is expected of employees and managers. Our compliance officer is responsible for the enforcement of this code. In addition, we call in external parties to monitor, control and certify our method.
