ASR Property Fund
This fund was developed and is managed for a.s.r. insurance policyholders, Pensioenfonds a.s.r. Nederland and ASR Levensverzekering N.V. It was set up in 2006 and consists of direct real estate and a real estate shares portfolio; with a total value of around € 0.5 billion.
