The ASR Dutch Mobility Office Fund boasts a diversified portfolio consisting of about 11 properties and five in the pipeline, with a total value of approximately € 400 million. All the properties are located in the vicinity of mobility hubs in the major Dutch cities and Schiphol Airport.

ASR Dutch Core Residential Fund

The ASR Dutch Core Residential Fund boasts a diversified portfolio worth approximately € 0.9 billion, consisting of about 4,800 residential properties located in the strongest areas in the Netherlands in terms of economic and demographic development. The participants are institutional investors with a long investment horizon.


ASR Property Fund 
This fund was developed and is managed for a.s.r. insurance policyholders, Pensioenfonds a.s.r. Nederland and ASR Levensverzekering N.V. It was set up in 2006 and consists of direct real estate and a real estate shares portfolio; with a total value of around € 0.5 billion.
