The portfolio is the result of over 100 years of investment and consists of prime retail property with years of stable rental income and attractive value creation. The shops are located in leading retail locations in the Netherlands. 

Strategy
The fund’s strategy is to aim at prime retail properties in three key retail property sectors. With a focus on dominant shopping cities and areas in Netherlands using internally developed research models. The fund has chosen an approximately 65% shareholding in A1 retail property to achieve optimal returns and with the remaining shareholdings in local shopping centres (15%-35%) and supermarkets (5%-20%) to ensure diversification in the fund. Active asset management will ensure that the portfolio continues to grow and meet future demands.
