7 new tenants for De Klanderij shopping centre

On behalf of the ASR Dutch Prime Retail Fund (DPRF), a.s.r. vastgoed vermogensbeheer has contracted 7 new tenants (approx. 1275 m²) for De Klanderij Shopping Centre in Enschede, the Netherlands in 2013. This partially covered shopping centre is home to more than 50 leading Dutch and International retail chains. De Klanderij shopping centre is located on the Van Heekplein, in the heart of Enschede’s city centre.

AKO has closed a lease agreement for approximately 150 m² for De Klanderij 37.
Hans Anders will remain in its current location at De Klanderij 62, with approximately 130 m² retail space.
Blue 32 and a.s.r. agreed a seven year lease for approximately 280 m² at De Klanderij 51. Bouman Visscher van Limbeek Winkel Vastgoed Adviseurs acted on behalf of Blue 32.
Gerry Weber has leased approximately 340 m² for seven years at De Klanderij 57. Heijenbrock & Van der Meij acted on their behalf.
Brickstone Retail acted for Name It and Pieces – both Bestseller brands – for the long term lease of approximately 185 m² and 100 m² at De Klanderij 61 and 94A.
Lastly, Claire’s signed a long term lease with a.s.r. for approximately 90 m² at De Klanderij 94B. Cushman & Wakefield acted on behalf of Claire’s. Claire’s was already located in Enschede on De Langestraat, however view the move to De Klanderij as a location upgrade.

CBRE acted on behalf of a.s.r. vastgoed vermogensbeheer on all transactions.
